We accept walk-in patients without a prior appointment. While we guarantee that you will be seen on the same day, please be aware of the following:

Waiting times may vary depending on clinic activity.
Your preferred physician may not be available at the time of your visit.

After-Hours and Emergency Calls

After-hours calls should be made only in urgent situations.

In the event of an emergency:

Please call one of the clinic numbers listed above.
An English-speaking security guard will answer your call.
Based on the nature of your concern, your call will be transferred directly to the on-call physician’s mobile phone.

Before calling, please prepare the following details:

Your full name
A brief description of your medical issue
Your mobile phone number
The estimated time you can arrive at the clinic

If you or your driver require directions, please call again. Our security team will provide detailed guidance to assist you in reaching the clinic.

Payment Policy

Payment for services is due on the same day as your consultation or treatment.

New Patient Registration

If you are visiting the clinic for the first time, you will be asked to complete a brief registration form. This form will request:

Relevant medical history
Details of current medications
Basic contact and insurance information

Once registered, you will become a patient of TIC. You may indicate a preference for a specific physician, subject to availability.
