Making Appointments

There are several phone numbers our patients can use to make an appointment:

We also provide open access to the Clinic, which means that you will always be seen on the day you need to be seen. However, if you come without an appointment you may need to wait for a while and the physician you would prefer to see may not be available and on duty that day.

Please make out of hours calls only if really urgent.

For Emergency Care, when you dial the TIC numbers the English speaking Security Guard answers.
The Security Guards will then transfer the call immediately to the On-Call Physician cell phone depending on the issue.

Have the following information ready:

Your name?
Your medical issue?
Your cell phone number?
What time can you arrive at the Clinic?
Do you need an ambulance?
What is your exact address?

If you, your driver or taxi driver does not know the way to the Clinic, call the Clinic number again and our expert Security Service will talk to them and give directions.

Please remember that payment for services is due the same day.
