More than 50% of patients carrying a sexual transmitted disease may not be aware of it as many times they are silent and don’t give any symptoms. Most of them are treatable and curable with a simple dose of antibiotics. However, if left untreated, they can lead to chronic problems like infertility, chronic pelvic pain or chronic testicular pain.
